Return and Cancellation Policy
RETURN –
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at 7004221022 within 3 to 4 days after receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1 to 7 days after receiving the returned item.
Do not receive the product if the box seal is opened or torn or without the mimicon branded seal
Cancellations –
Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the item is shipped. Contact us immediately at mimiconofficial@gmail.com or 7004221022 to request a cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until delivery and then initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or cancellations that do not comply with these policies.
